Finance Your Equipment Purchase with Splitit interest-Free for up to 6 Months
Eligibility
To be eligible for up to 6 months of interest-free financing, you must meet the following criteria:
- Have the entire amount of your purchase available on your card. Currently, only Visa and MasterCard credit cards are eligible (sorry, we do not accept debit cards at this time moment).
- No credit check required
- Currently, financing is only available on items below $3,000
How it works
- During checkout, select
as your preferred payment method.
- Select how many months you'd like to split the payments over; 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6.
- Your credit card will be authorized for the entire amount of your order, but only charged for the 1st month's instalment.
For example: a $2,400 order using a 6 month instalment plan would be charged $400 on the day the order ships, $400 each following month for the remaining 5 months.
At the time of purchase, once the business confirms the shipment, the shopper will only be charged for the first payment.
The remaining balance will be held on the credit card until the final payment is made. After each monthly payment, the amount held from the available balance will be reduced to the new remaining balance.
*Note that the held amount might show as ‘pending transaction’ on your credit card statement.

- ▼Are there any interest or hidden fees applied?
- Absolutely nothing! Once you place an order your credit card will be preauthorized for the entire value of the order just to make sure the balance is available. However, you'll only be charged for the first month with no added fees, transaction charges, or the likes—the service is completely free to use!
- ◄Do you need to do any credit checks?
- No, there is no impact whatsoever on your credit score if you choose to finance your purchase. During this entire process, we don't even ask for your SIN (social insurance number). You just need to make sure that there is enough room on the credit card to do a preauthorized charge for the entire value of the order.
- ◄How many instalments can I make for an item I want to purchase?
- You can split your payments and finance any equipment anywhere from 2-6 months.
- ◄Can I use PayPal to pay my month instalments?
- Unfortunately the service only works with Visa and MasterCard at this time.
