I love my new Harvest Right freeze dryer! I'm having so much fun experimenting with different veggies, meats, and meals. It is so easy to use; just follow the directions on the display screen. My husband is a hunter, so now my freezer won't be bursting at the seams since I can preserve our meat and vegetables in a space-saving way! This beats canning, dehydrating, and freezing big time!
