We chose Trimleaf due to the reviews about Albert and their amazing customer service, however this was far from what we experienced and had it not been for price we would have went elsewhere. It did start out good but once we wouldn't move forward with a quote, as we still had more questions Albert wouldn't answer. We did our own research and other than Albert the experience was great they shipped on time, the delivery driver truly went above and beyond, our first batch is done and everything is working amazing! We will source our next ones elsewhere.

Now that the dust has settled I think now would be a great time to leave a reveiw.
1. I took a gamble as i have never ordered from this company before. This was a high $ item so as you can imagine i was nervous.
-> The Trimleaf staff was available at all various hours throughout the day to answer my questions and would get back to me very quickly.
-> The staff was kind, knowledgeable and even provided me a nice gift.
-> To my surprise, the owner even reached out once my order was shipped, to let me know what to expect.
-> Once my order was placed, I received a confirmation email and was given updates on the regular (shipping info, tracking info, etc).
I'm not sure if Trimleaf had anything to do with the shipping or not, but it went smoothly!
-> Living rural, I was nervous with a mud driveway and no curb, there would be issues. The FedEx driver assured me that he delivers these items in particular all the time and delivered the item right to my door once he saw his truck couldn't fit in my driveway.
-> The driver assisted me with a complete check on the package to ensure everything looked good.

Not sure if it’s a measurement issue, or brand mismatch, but I ordered pre-filters for a Vivosun carbon filter which ended up being out-of-stock and as a substitute for the order I got ones for an Infinity filter instead. They don’t fit, and customer service (Albert) helped out getting me a refund quickly. When the Vivosun's are back in stock I will order them. I wasn't happy with the original outcome, but Albert went out of his way to make things right, and he has me as a customer going forth.
I absolutely love my new rig,got here super fast,the bundle had a few missing things, but I reached out to trimleaf and got a response back with in minutes, to give me a answer, overall a very good experience and I will be buying more products from them, thank you again for your great and fast service ☮️

Wicked easy to clean and wow the ideas I came up with for snack bites I’m buying more to back there one size, but they all get used just got to cut for the small FD.
