As long as your buds are properly dry this little monster will give you some great trimmed buds and at record speeds. Trim leaf was a pleasure to deal with as well. Very high touch customer service from them. All in all I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Only thing is I didn’t realize how noisy the unit is
I have it in the basement and can still hear it quite loudly upstairs
Also the package of oxygen absorbers should come in packages less than 10
Although I’ve only tried the 120 micro bags. They seem adequate they do produce nice product.
I’m thrilled to finally own a freeze dryer, it’s been years waiting for the right moment when my life was calm and time to actually use it. I’m still waiting to use it as our original place to use it fell through so now have to come up with plan B! I will have to wait for snow to melt and nicer weather to arrive but I am busy reading up on how to use it and all the fun things I can make for my 10 grandkids! They have all put their ideas out there so Nanny won’t ever be wondering what to make.
The entire process was pretty easy and straight forward when I decided to order my med freeze dryer! Just had to wait a few weeks for delivery as I’m in Canada.
It arrived in great shape and nothing was missing from my order. Now to get this snow to melt and spring flowers to bloom so we can get plan B in motion!
I only received 75 of the120 micro bags there was a mixup in you guys sent me 125 160 micron bags now I have to send them back and wait for you guys to get stock very inconvenient
Very pleased with this machine. The wifi adapter is also great. I used to have the small one and the xl makes a huge difference for my business. The price is significantly higher. However it does 5 times the amount in one go. It takes the same amount of time to freeze dry a batch as the other ones. The trays are very long so they don’t fit in the dishwasher.

Let me start by saying if you're going to buy a Harvest Right freeze dryer in Canada buy it from Trimleaf. DO NOT buy it off marketplace or second hand because you will be using the warranty.
I've bought two Freeze Dryers from Trimleaf and Trimleaf is great.
Now on to Harvest Right:
It's unreliable. My medium unit works well but this semi-commercial (XL) size is not up to the task. We've got two XL Harvest Rights (one which we bought via trimleaf) that are under two years old. AND BOTH have had significant issues (requiring you to ship back to mfctr, at your own expense from Canada even when in warranty).
These units just aren't made well and you'll be disappointed.
We work out of a kitchen with someone else that has 2XLs also, and both of their units have been back for repairs as well. All were purchased brand new.
Very excited to have finished our first run on our new Freeze Dryer. I was a fun experience and has opened a whole new world to us. Thanks for making this an amazing journey
I purchased 2 sets of trays and one set of lids. Will be purchasing more lids in the future. They make it so easy to stack the trays and move them from upstairs to downstairs. They are easy to clean as well.
