THROUGH THE Cultivator's LENS Hands-On Evaluation

  • You are upgrading to an automated pump system because your current manual setup fails to maintain consistent pressure during high-demand irrigation cycles.
  • You are installing a smarter water management solution because monitoring tank levels by eye is costing you too much labour time each week.

  • The NFC pocket is a clever touch that lets you add float sensors without risking a seal leak on the pump body.
  • The built-in expansion tank is a huge space saver for tight cistern setups where adding external hardware is not feasible.

  • Users who transitioned to this unit say they stopped worrying about water pressure drops during peak irrigation times.
  • Operators who integrated the DConnect app report that remote monitoring saved them from manual check-in trips to the facility.

DAB Pumps EsyBox Diver Submersible Pump

Pumping clean water out of a well, cistern, or tank calls for a pump that can handle submersion without sacrificing the smart controls of a standard booster system. The Dab Pumps EsyBox Diver is a 7-inch multistage electronic submersible pump with variable frequency drive, delivering up to 7.2 m³/h of flow and 55 meters of head. It can be used fully submerged, partially submerged, or on the surface (with the separately sold DOC68 accessory), and it's built for pressurization, rainwater reuse, gardening, and irrigation in residential building service.

The pump integrates a variable frequency drive that adjusts operation to match system demand, along with an integrated non-return valve and a stainless steel handle for easy transport. Suction height can be adjusted from the bottom up to 8 cm to keep the intake clear of sediment. An NFC (Near Field Communication) pocket allows a float or level sensor to be connected without compromising the pump's watertight seal, and a built-in expansion tank eliminates the need for a separate external unit.

EsyBox Diver is Wi-Fi enabled and ships with a DConnect Box 2 as standard, so downloading the DConnect app for Android or iOS gives you full smartphone control of the pump right out of the box.
