HAND MADE IN THE USA
Double back stitched extraction bags 2.7″ x 4″ top to bottom - 3 to 14 g
Qty: 12 Bags
Used For: Only for the NugSmasher X
Nugsmasher extraction bags, these bags are recommended for optimal yield and clean quality rosin. Our bags are hand-made in the USA! Nugsmasher extraction bags are specifically designed to work with the weight of fresh cured flower together with our extraction machines and are labeled accordingly at:
NugSmasher X Bag (3g-14g) loaded material weight, 3.5g Bag (1.1g-3.5g) loaded material weight, 7g Bag (3.6g-7g) loaded material weight and 14g (7.1g-14g) loaded material weight.
This assumes the bags are loaded (BTS) or bottle/barrel-tech style (upright so that you end up with the round coin-like puck once fully pressed). This perfected method allows you the ability to put the proper weight of flowers into the bag and get a consistent extraction every time.
This method also allows for the proper pounds per square inch of pressure (PSI) on your product and eliminates the guesswork.
3.5g bag (1.1g-3.5g) = 1.5"-1.6”Diameter
7g bag (3.6g-7g) = 2"-2.2”Diameter
NugSmasher X Bag (3g-14g) = 2.2"-2.5”Diameter
14g bag (7.1g-14g) = 2.5"-2.7"Diameter
As the micron gets smaller the Diameter gets larger, this is the reason for the variance in the diameter numbers above. We prefer to use 160 microns for fresh flower, as flower drys we go down in micron screen size (for dry flower use 90 microns). Micron size determines the diameter (surface area) of the smashed bag. For nugs 1g and smaller no bag is necessary.
I am happy with the bags although would like to see a 3”x6” bag but the highest price on the market won’t have me coming back. I have tried many other brands and for half the price. I find it hard to justify ever buying your bags again, good bags but absolutely nothing to justify double the price
J’adore ma nouvelle presse la rosin est d’une qualite exceptionnelle 👍
NugSmasher X Extraction Rosin Filter Bags
I can't wait to use the nugsmasher filter bags but need to get bigger rosin press to make it worthwhile. I purchased a rosinbud m1 rosin press and thought that I would need the bags but I didn't. It is quite small scale and the bags are too big. But I can tell you I'm quite impressed with the look and quality of material/workmanship. And wishing I could afford a bigger press to use them :)
