I always like to wait a few weeks before writing a review after I receive an item.
Now that the dust has settled I think now would be a great time to leave a reveiw.

1. I took a gamble as i have never ordered from this company before. This was a high $ item so as you can imagine i was nervous.
-> The Trimleaf staff was available at all various hours throughout the day to answer my questions and would get back to me very quickly.
-> The staff was kind, knowledgeable and even provided me a nice gift.
-> To my surprise, the owner even reached out once my order was shipped, to let me know what to expect.
-> Once my order was placed, I received a confirmation email and was given updates on the regular (shipping info, tracking info, etc).

I'm not sure if Trimleaf had anything to do with the shipping or not, but it went smoothly!
-> Living rural, I was nervous with a mud driveway and no curb, there would be issues. The FedEx driver assured me that he delivers these items in particular all the time and delivered the item right to my door once he saw his truck couldn't fit in my driveway.
-> The driver assisted me with a complete check on the package to ensure everything looked good.
