I purchased my HR large FD on May 24th 2025, I received it on June 16 2025.
I had a chance to do the initial " test bread run" then excitedly ran my 1st official batch of freeze dried strawberries which were amazing.
The entire process was extremely loud and constant clicking from machine.
My next batch supposed to be some herbs,, however the machine doesn't work.
The compressor will not engage and since it the weekend no response.
Ive come to find out that there is absolutely no support for Canadian customers at all.
Im now $6400.00 cdn lighter in my pocket book and have a machine that gave me 1 big jar of strawberries and it looks likely that ill need to wait another couple months to sort this out, and since warranty is consider from date of purchase not time it actually works, were double done.
Im not the most educated dude but pretty sure i couldve just bought some FD berries at the market for less then $ 6400.00 Cdn
Albert himself has been fantastic, but his hands are pretty much tied.
So my review " thus far" of harvest right is 0 stars.
Canadian buyers beware, if you get a faulty machine, you have no recourse or options to have it fixed here.
