HughesNet and Viasat satellite internet services are not compatible with the Hydro-X Pro system. A stable terrestrial internet connection is required for reliable web-based software access.

What size USB drive is required for firmware updates?

The USB thumb drive used for firmware updates or recipe storage must be 32GB or smaller. Larger capacity drives may not be recognized by the controller interface.

How many sensors can I connect to a single HCS-2?
