Full One-Year Warranty
Warranty Period: For one year from original ship date (includes the U.S. continental 48 states).Included: Freeze Dryers, Premier oil vacuum pumps, and oil-free vacuum pumps.
Harvest Right will be responsible for: Repair or, at our option, replacement of any part of this freeze dryer and/or vacuum pump which proves to be defective in workmanship or material.
Consumer will be responsible for replacement parts caused by consumer misuse and neglect of product. See Normal Responsibilities of the Consumer below.

Limited Warranty, Years Two and Three
Warranty Period: For years two and three from the original ship date (includes the U.S. continental 48 states).
Included: Compressor, Condenser, and Evaporator.
Harvest Right will be responsible for: Repair or, at our option, replace any part of the sealed refrigeration system (compressor, condenser, evaporator, tubing) which fails because of defective workmanship or material.
Consumer will be responsible for: Diagnostic charges for determining defects, and any costs for transportation and delivery of the appliance required because of service.

Limited Warranty (Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and Puerto Rico)
Time periods listed above.
Included: Freeze Dryers, Premier oil vacuum pumps, and oil-free vacuum pumps.
All provisions of this limited warranty are the same as listed above except that service will be provided by the customer or a qualified local service provider that is approved by Harvest Right. The consumer will be responsible for the cost of transportation of the product to the repair shop or the travel cost of the technician to the consumer’s location.
Consumer will be responsible for: Costs of local service and cost of parts for consumer misuse and neglect of product. Costs for transportation and delivery of freeze dryers, vacuum pumps, and all parts, for any reason, to Harvest Right and to Consumer.

Harvest Right Large Freeze Dryer Seamless experience

I received my order within a few weeks of placing my order. Other than the wait, which was made clear before ordering, everything in the shipping process went as smooth as possible. Before the unit is shipped out, you receive detailed email instructions on next steps and receiving your package. Once the unit got to fedex wearhouse, they called me to confirm or reschedule my delivery. The next day my unit was delivered and I had the driver call me 1h before his arrival so I could be sure to be home for delivery. When the fedex driver arrived, my freeze dryer was the only thing left in the truck. The packaging seemed to have been smooshed in on the side a little and my heart sank. I had heard of people’s freeze dryers coming damaged due to shipping. Thankfully though the driver was super understanding and patient with the inspection process and the unit was fine no defects.

Beside some user error of not switching the vacuum pump to on the first bread run with the unit went great and so far am extremely satisfied with the product and experience.

Haven’t got machine set up yet but personal service from trim leaf has been great

Large Harvest Right Freeze Dryer

My freeze dryer was delivered when they said it would be. It is very heavy so have help. It works great now. Started having problems after about 6 months the but when fixed was told it probably didn't work right in the first place. It took a lot of emails back and forth to fix and in the end we had to send parts back to be fixed. We had to pay a lot of shipping but it was still under warranty so we didn't have to pay for new parts. Happy now that it is working again and even better.

Good product but would be easy to improve

The Freeze Dryer is very nice and performs pretty well. That said I would have expected to have a more responsive touch screen given the price of the item. It would also be nice if it could be watched and controlled over wifi at the time where even my washer has wifi, not having it on a product at this price point and where having to add time or check that everything run well would have been real nice.

Otherwise highly recommend Trimleaf, Albert was awesome and really responsive.
