Beyond excited

I’m thrilled to finally own a freeze dryer, it’s been years waiting for the right moment when my life was calm and time to actually use it. I’m still waiting to use it as our original place to use it fell through so now have to come up with plan B! I will have to wait for snow to melt and nicer weather to arrive but I am busy reading up on how to use it and all the fun things I can make for my 10 grandkids!
